Elise Wald
Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Neuro-Psychotherapist
Elise is a registered Clinical Psychologist with a Masters in Health Psychology. She is the founder of Centre 4 Inspiration. She has a passion for facilitating growth, developing strengths and working with motivation. She is particularly interested in the field of Evidence based Brain-based therapies, mindfulness and wellbeing and enjoys keeping up to date with the latest innovations in Neuroscience. Elise works with adolescents and adults and has a specific interest in Sleep Psychology, Adjustment to Chronic Illness and Chronic Illness Management, Behaviour Change and Mindfulness. Elise works with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, self-esteem, relationship concerns, motivation and life changes. Elise also has developed numerous workshops and trainings around these areas. She runs the Mindfulness Classes on a Monday night and Saturday morning as well as the guided meditation. She works at the centre on Monday through to Thursday for individual consults.

Harpreet is passionate about living a fully mindful life. She is focused on being grounded, practical and making the most of our potential as humans so that we can thrive. She enjoys working with both children, adolescents and adults to assist them to find their inner strengths, develop their potential and experience higher levels of wellbeing and functioning in their lives. Harpreet is both supportive and solution orientated and works from a mindful and cognitive therapy perspective remaining client centered to structure a therapy plan around each individual’s needs. Like all the therapists at the Centre 4 Inspiration, Harpreet feels it is a privilege to be part of her clients journey. Harpreet is available for individual consults on a Saturday.
Thelma Winterbach

Thelma is a registered psychologist with a strong interest in evidence based brain-based therapies and interventions. She works with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families in a warm client-centered manner. Thelma has had extensive experience working in school settings and in private practice and has knowledge in areas around learning difficulties and adjustment concerns relating to school environments. In addition, Thelma works with adolescents and adults who are looking to improve their sense of well being and to thrive more. She addresses issues such as relationship concerns, anxiety, stress, depression and grief using various therapeutic techniques to work with the cognitive, behavioural and neurological aspects of concern. Thelma is available for individual consults on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday. Centre 4 Inspiration is boutique psychology practice that works with adolescents and adults using solution-orientated Positive Psychology and Mindfulness theories to build strengths, strategies and tools to enable better health and wellbeing. Our aim is help you to find a sense of wellbeing and take back a sense of control over your life, your emotions and your thoughts.
