Get to Sleep, Stay Asleep
This workshop will allow you to determine why you are having any difficulty sleeping whether that is getting to sleep or staying asleep or both. You will go away with a program to work on to improve your sleep and tried and tested skills and techniques. The workshop is ideally suited to those who would like to get their sleep difficulties sorted. It can also be a useful refresher for those who have previously seen Elise for sleep difficulties. This course is aimed at adults.
The workshop is presented by Elise Wald – Clinical Psychologist
All participants will receive access to a comprehensive e-book on sleep therapy for future reference.
Kate was having trouble sleeping and staying asleep. After she had gained a good understanding of her sleep and what strategies she could implement, she admitted to being a little sceptical that she could affect the change to her sleep.
