Half hour guided meditation. It is the perfect space to both clear yourself of the week you have had and to create clarity for the week ahead. Join us for a gentle, peaceful easy to follow meditation where you will learn techniques to truly relax, replenish and rejuvenate. It is suitable for beginners and you do not need to be good at visualisation.
Experience the joy of group meditation energy and the wonderful feeling of having a space and time away from all the stressors, busy-ness, worries and responsibilities.
The meditation starts at 9:15am sharp, you are welcome to arrive earlier for a cuppa, relax and to grab your spot.
