On Saturday mornings when our Mindfulness Classes run per term, Elise runs a half hour guided meditation. It is the perfect space to both clear yourself of the week you have had and to create clarity for the week ahead. Join us for a gentle, peaceful easy to follow meditation where you will learn techniques to truly relax, replenish and rejuvenate. It is suitable for beginners and you do not need to be good at visualisation.
Experience the joy of group meditation energy and the wonderful feeling of having a space and time away from all the stressors, busy-ness, worries and responsibilities. This will allow you to gain some perspective and give you a choice to release some of these worries.
The meditation starts at 9:15 sharp, you are welcome to arrive earlier for a cuppa, relax and to grab your spot.
Please check the calendar to see whether Meditation is running on the Saturday of your choice as there are some Saturdays it is not on.
